R K N & Associates was founded in 2021 in Hyderabad by three Chartered Accountants — CA Narasinga Rao Burada, CA Rishik Kommuri and CA Rahul Nune — after successful stints with Big 4 firms PwC, EY and Deloitte respectively. The vision: bring Big 4–level rigour, insight and professionalism to entrepreneurs, startups and growing businesses.
Strong execution, clear communication and practical advice led to steady growth. Within a short span, the firm grew into a 20+ member team supporting hundreds of businesses across India.
As clients scaled, the firm expanded into Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, IND AS conversion, and GST and Income Tax departmental representations — not only for its own clients but also on referral from other CA firms.
Today, the firm is recognised for its depth in audit, taxation, business laws and departmental representations — continuing the founding vision of combining high-end expertise with hands-on, partner-led service.
Mr. Narasinga Rao Burada is the Founding Partner of the firm and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 6+ years of professional experience in taxation and audit. He qualified as a CA in November 2019 and holds a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI. He commenced his professional journey in 2020 with PwC, developing strong foundations in financial audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple industry verticals.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he established his independent practice, B Narasinga Rao & Co., in 2021 — which later evolved into R K N & Associates (formerly R K N & Associates), adopting a structured partnership model to deliver enhanced value through collaborative expertise.
Mr. Rishik Kommuri is a Founding Partner and Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in taxation and audit. He qualified as a CA in November 2019 at the age of 21 and holds a BCom from Osmania University. He has further strengthened his expertise with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI, and is currently pursuing LLB.
Before founding the firm in December 2021, he gained valuable exposure at EY and Deloitte, handling diverse audit and assurance assignments. Known for being innovative, value-adding and client-focused, he leads learning and development initiatives within the firm.
Mr. Rahul Nune is a Founding Partner and Chartered Accountant with significant Big 4 exposure and comprehensive expertise in audit, assurance, and taxation. He previously worked with Deloitte, gaining experience in diverse audit and compliance assignments. He established his independent practice, Rahul Nune & Co., in 2022, which merged with R K N & Associates in 2024, strengthening the firm's audit and assurance capabilities.
He holds a Diploma in International Taxation and the Concurrent Audit Certification from ICAI, and is currently pursuing LLB.
